RETURNS & EXCHANGES
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
Due to the nature of all products being custom-made to order, all sales are final. No exchanges or refunds. If there is an error on our end, we will gladly make an exchange with the same item or store credit. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an incorrect item.
Please keep in mind that all orders are custom-made and may vary slightly from piece to piece. Colors may vary due to differences and monitor settings.
PROMO CODES: All promo codes, gift cards, or store credit must be used at the time of order placement. We can NOT adjust an order once it's been placed.
DAMAGES:
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours, so that we can expedite the problem.
EXCHANGES:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and cannot be repaired. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@harperandro.com and request a return authorization number (RMA).
We do not accept exchanges after the item has left our warehouse.
