REFUNDS/EXCHANGES (Custom Items)
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the error is on our part. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly provide an exchange for the correct product or offer store credit.
Please note that slight variations may occur between individual pieces, and colors may appear differently depending on your monitor settings.

At HRG Prints and Apparel, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we want to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. For non-custom items that are defective or damaged beyond repair, we offer exchanges to make things right.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
To initiate an exchange or return, please email us at: (returns@harperandro.com) within 48 hours of receiving your item to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Once your product has been ordered, we cannot accommodate exchange requests.
