Custom Designs

  • Schedule a consultation via phone, email, or in person

  • Receive expert guidance throughout the design process

Processing Times

  • Standard orders: 7-14 business days after design approval
  • Large orders (50+ items): May require extended processing time
  • Rush orders available upon request (additional fees apply)
  • Please allow extra time during peak holiday seasons

Artwork Requirements

  • Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI
  • File Format: Transparent PNG only
  • Design Services: Artwork setup/modification available at $25 per hour

Shipping Options

  • Standard Delivery: 7-10 business days from design approval
  • School Delivery: $30 flat fee (within 25-mile radius to receiving area)
  • Local Pickup: Free at our facility
  • Carrier Shipping: Current rates apply via USPS, FedEx, or UPS

Payment Options

We offer multiple payment methods for your convenience:

  • Digital payments: PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay
  • Credit Cards (3% service charge applies)

Most orders require a 50% deposit to begin production.

Returns & Exchanges

Custom Orders

Custom products are crafted specifically for you, therefore:

  • No refunds or exchanges unless the error is on our part
  • Report any errors within 48 hours of delivery
  • Incorrect items will be exchanged or credited to your account
  • Please note: Minor variations between items are normal, and colors may appear different on various displays

Non-Custom Orders

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase:

  • Exchanges available for defective or damaged items
  • Contact us promptly to arrange your exchange
  • Original condition and packaging preferred when possible

Care Instructions

  • Wash inside out in cold water
  • Tumble dry on low heat
  • Do not iron directly on printed design
  • Follow brand-specific care labels for best results
